The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for managing accurate and optimal rosters for Crown Sydney employees and is a point of contact for employees and managers, through the onsite workforce planning window
The Staffing Coordinator will consider and apply Crown’s Enterprise Agreement and applicable awards, along with individual departmental requirements to decisions it makes to ensure smooth and timely operations across the entire site.
This role will also be responsible for processing administrative tasks related to roster changes, employee shift changes, and will source coverage of sick calls as appropriate.
Key Selection Criteria:
Confidence working in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive, can do attitude
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
A good understanding of Enterprise Agreements and how they apply in the workplace
An understanding of Virtual Roster
Flexibility to work a rotating roster 4 days, 10 hour shifts per week

*This role requires availability between the hours of 6am and 8pm, 7 days a week, and will work a rotating roster.
