Reporting to the Lost Property Co-Ordinator, the Lost Property Assistant is responsible for providing professional and prompt service to our customers, promoting Crown’s services and facilities in an informed manner.
Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
- Receive and catalogue lost property of patrons for storage and retrieval (Crown Complex and Hotels)
- Maintain an accurate inventory of lost and found items (on iTrack)
- Input information into iTrack (Lost Property database) to accurately reflect all items received or disposed of.
- Liaise with outside agencies, internal stakeholders and the public
- Process and perform returns for Lost and Found items
- Transfer property to various locations within the complex (including all Crown hotels)
- Perform audits and provide training and guidance to relevant stakeholders on lost property management/ functions
- Ability to work rotating weekends as per business demands
