Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
- Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience
- Expert knowledge of CNC machine geometry, precision alignment, leveling, spindle alignment, ball bar analysis, and laser calibration techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret machine mechanical drawings, assembly drawings, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, P&ID, and electrical diagrams.
- Advanced troubleshooting and repair of CNC machining centers, lathes, grinders, and forging equipment, including spindle systems, ball screws, linear guideways, tool changers, and rotary tables.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic circuits, proportional valves, pumps, pneumatic controls, centralized lubrication systems, and fault diagnosis.
- Proficiency in diagnosing CNC control systems (Siemens, FANUC, Mitsubishi, Okuma), servo drives, motors, PLC I/O, sensors, encoders, and industrial communication networks.
- Ability to troubleshoot Fanuc Robot and gas furnaces related issues.
Hourly Rate: $26.50 - $30.68/hr
