Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Shop Operations Team Manager - Nights to join our Cummins Inc. team in Columbus, IN .
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Lead daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
Coach and develop team members to strengthen performance, engagement, and accountability.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce waste and enhance operational efficiency.

Guide teams through problem-solving activities to address operational challenges and prevent recurrence.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate production teams while driving accountability and results.

Experience championing workplace safety, incident prevention, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university or equivalent degree required, or equivalent experience required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Supervisory experience preferred.

Shift Requirements: Night Shift: Monday-Friday. 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
