We are looking for a talented Production Support Associate IV to join our 2nd shif t team specializing in Manufacturing for our CDBS (Cummins Drivetrain and Braking Systems) Facility in York, SC.

– Facilitate Cummins Operating System (COS) and Operations Excellence (OE) methodologies to improve process efficiency, consistency, and overall plant performance.

Deliver Reliable Performance

– Independently manage complex manufacturing support activities, leveraging company resources to meet customer expectations and business goals.

Strengthen Team Collaboration

– Build strong working relationships across teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and coordinate efforts to achieve operational objectives.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Safety & Manufacturing Expertise – Demonstrate strong manufacturing knowledge, champion health and safety practices, and leverage your 3+ years of PIV experience to support safe, efficient, and compliant operations.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.
