We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Shop Operations Team Manager-Senior to join our team specializing in Henderson, CO
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Lead the daily activities of multiple production teams to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent operations.
Drive achievement of production targets while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, housekeeping, and productivity.
Provide clear direction to team members by setting expectations, clarifying responsibilities, and supporting successful execution of daily priorities.
Coach, mentor, and provide ongoing feedback to team members to strengthen performance, accountability, and professional development.
Identify individual and team training needs and develop effective training plans to build skills and operational capability.
Partner cross-functionally to identify and implement improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Address day-to-day production challenges, helping remove barriers and maintain workflow to support business and customer requirements.
Foster a positive, engaged, and continuous-improvement culture that encourages teamwork, ownership, and achievement of operational goals.

At least 3 years of manufacturing operations leadership experience.
Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment.

Must be comfortable spending significant time on the shop floor.
Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred over non-manufacturing environments
