The Role

Reporting to the SVP of Revenue, in your role, you will be responsible for developing, managing programs that entice and engage our target customers. You will be leading a team of marketing professionals who are focused on expanding brand awareness and engagement with Deputy. This team is tasked with ensuring Deputy is creating problem awareness across our key verticals and driving prospects through our funnel.

In this role, you will not only need to guide and mentor your team, but simultaneously shape and grow demand generation whilst working with other teams across Deputy. You and your team will source net new leads, drive them from MQL to SQL and always be focused on their conversion rates to revenue. You’ll know how to build single and multi-channel campaigns and be proud to report on the high-impact your measurable campaigns are having on the overall business trajectory.

Your Experience/Comparable Skills:

  • Successfully led a team of marketers in a fast moving high volume sales environment
  • Created programs for both volume and velocity and enterprise sales
  • Ready to work both autonomously and in a team
  • Can analyze data, set KPI’s and report on results including campaigns, data stories and spend while having the ability to rapidly iterate on results
  • Experience communicating plans, vision, forecasts, and measures to a team of stakeholders and leaders
  • Created innovative and engaging programs that have shown ROI positive business outcomes across multiple channels like: email, events, and direct mail (amongst others)
  • Accepting of ambiguity and willing to flexibly change tact whilst retaining a path to your north star
  • Capable of rolling up your sleeves to get work done while happy to let SMEs take control of other components
  • Be a trusted partner to all stakeholders including peers in the regional and centralized marketing and sales teams
  • Solutions-focused and looking for new ways to find new opportunities to drive success
  • Always improving processes and updating playbooks to ensure we keep our edge
  • Ready to dive into and operate essential tools and systems like Salesforce, Marketo, and analytics and sales platforms
