Job Description
What You'll Do
Verify, execute, and approve outbound wires.
Handles outbound wire calls and inquiries.
How You'll Do It
Ensure proficiency and accuracy to minimize risk.
Handleoutbound wire requests, service inquiries, and execute domestic and international outbound wire transfers.
Recommend options to improve service,based upon customer inquiries and complaints.
Partner with the fraud and treasury to identify potential fraudrequests.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements that impact wire transactions.
Qualifications You'll Need
Basics
H.S. Diploma or GED
1+ years ofexperience inCustomer Service, Banking, Deposit Products, or relatedfield
Bonus Points If You Have
Associate's Degree
Previous Discover Bank Wire experience
