Manager, Innovation Program Lead

The Platform as a Product Innovation team within Expedia Services will be identifying new platform products, services, and capabilities to bring to our B2B partners, incubating and accelerating high potential opportunities, and setting winning go-to-market models for new offerings. We are excited to be hiring a Innovation Program Lead for this team!

What you'll do:

  • Create a comprehensive project management framework for Open World Platform GTM process

  • Coordinate across stakeholders in EG to ensure momentum and speed to market of the Open World Platform

  • Act as a central point of contact to EG stakeholders on various commercial and product/tech workstreams relevant to Open World platform commercialization

  • Ensure all stakeholders are consulted as relevant in each stage of the Open World GTM process

  • You will operate effectively within the organization's formal and informal structures by building relationships across departments and understanding the roles and perspectives of partner groups

  • You will actively identify and drive resolution on cross-team issues, scope changes, resource constraints, and other impediments

Who you are:

  • You possess strong communication and project coordination skills

  • Experienced at working across teams and leading without direct authority to achieve results

  • You have demonstrated the ability to deliver results by working across subject areas and organizational boundaries

  • Proven ability to build strong interpersonal skills at all levels; excellent influencing and relationship building skills as well as experience working with senior management

  • Experience working cross-culturally and leading cross-functionally with the ability to adapt personal style to different environments

  • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills; the ability to see the “big picture” while also diving into details when needed

  • Strong program planning skills with proven ability to structure large initiatives in effective and meaningful ways, including defining strategic priorities

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or in a related field; or equivalent related professional experience

  • 5+ years of related experience in a strategic program management
