Within the global PR and Social team, the role of the Global Projects team is to deliver first-class campaigns that are globally scalable, consistent and efficient.

As PR Manager, Global Projects, you will support in the strategic planning and delivery of major global consumer PR and social campaigns and our marketing executive profiling program. The successful candidate will be a skilled project manager, highly organized and inspired to deliver high-impact work.

This position will be based in Los Angeles and report into the PR Director, Global Operations & Projects, Expedia PR.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with the global PR and Social team and internal stakeholders to deliver successful campaigns

  • Lead project management and coordination for global campaigns/initiatives

  • Support in the development and implementation of our marketing executive profiling program

  • Craft and ensure high-quality delivery of all collateral materials

  • Act as subject matter expert for the PR and Social team on key products and initiatives

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of communications experience. Experience working with a well-established company/brand, and global experience, is highly preferred

  • A proven track record writing award submissions and preparing presentations for speaking opportunities on behalf of executives

  • Ability to manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • A natural collaborator who is agile, hands on and solution focused

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills

  • Outstanding writing and verbal communications skills


The total cash range for this position in West Hollywood is $104,000.00 to $145,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $166,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
