What you will do/role & responsibility:
You will ensure operational workload for your team, including distributing daily tasks
Be the technical support to collectors; Review the first level of critical issues coming in from the team and internal/external partners
You will provide reporting to your Supervisor to improve performance
Look at invoices before they hit the 90+days, and deep dive into the aging to look for areas of improvement
Consolidate process improvement issues and redirect to your Supervisor
You will also spend a portion of your time doing Daily Collection activities (inbound/outbound calls, case management, etc.)
