Look no further, because Expedia for Business is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to support our NORAM & LATAM Account Management teams. Our finance team partners closely alongside the Account Management organization to drive growth, evaluate investment opportunities and provide commercial insights. With full visibility of revenue performance across EG brands, this strategic role will allow you to help unlock growth in NORAM & LATAM.

What you’ll do:

• Business partner with the VPs of Account Management in AMER & LATAM regions and lead two Senior Financial Analysts

• Develop robust financial models and business cases to support commercial decisions such as supplier contracting and new partner acquisition

• Deliver top quality business intelligence and reporting. Work with key partners to ensure information is relevant, timely, reliable, and improves decision making

• Own, develop and continuously improve tools to assess business performance and allow for improved business insights

• Prepare monthly management reports, analyzing trends on financial and non-financial metrics to help the business achieve strategic and financial goals

• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support regional commercial projects and initiatives as well as deep-dives into specific topics

• Drive simplification and automation through developing solutions that improve both finance and business processes

Who you are:

• 7+ years’ experience working in finance

• Collaborative approach to problem solving and process improvement, with a passion and willingness to share ideas and drive improvement

• One team mentality

• Highly analytical, going beyond the traditional functions of finance, driving insight and strategy across a broad range of business issues

• Attention to detail and ability to analyze large datasets to help understand business problems and provide strong business insights

• Driven and curious with desire to learn and improve

• Well organized and efficient

• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau and Hyperion is desired.

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $146,000.00 to $204,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $233,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
