We want a resourceful, data-driven, and strategic self-starter to play a pivotal role in driving new supply onboarding for our insurance products. Your deep understanding of our travelers and key business value drivers will accelerate near and long-term performance by identifying, prioritizing, and rolling out new InsurTech product enhancements. Your efforts will increase customer and partner engagement and satisfaction and will be a core lever of our strategic growth plan.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with numerous stakeholders to holistically define a complex problem space, desired customer and business outcomes and effective solutions

  • Prioritize new product features or strategic direction based on metric impacts

  • Use frameworks to align stakeholders and leadership on product direction/key decisions. Effectively influence for best outcomes

  • Drive cross-team collaborations with leaders to move projects forward and close on open questions, ensuring that blockers are identified and removed

  • Generate new ideas for developing deeper customer insights (i.e. new research topics and methods, new data sources, etc.) including ways to better quantify insights and build/utilize feedback loops

  • Exhibit storytelling and persuasive influencing techniques that build trust with team and partners and establish long-term relationship

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related Technical field; or equivalent related professional experience

  • Strong Product Management experience owning multiple, unrelated product areas including developing the product strategy, roadmap and go-to-market plan

  • You demonstrate a critical understanding of business processes and challenges, developing solutions to meet unique business needs and objectives

  • Experience with both B2C and B2B products a plus

  • Experience with travel insurance or FinTech a plus
