Expedia’s mission is to power global travel for everyone, everywhere. Likewise, our Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) team’s mission is to create a company that is for everyone, everywhere. Our purpose is to ensure Expedia reflects the diversity of our travelers and embodies the inclusive mindsets that make travel a force for good. We are fueled by a refusal to be fearful of failure. This role will lead and build our diversity sourcing strategy with a focus on underrepresented identities (Black, Latinx, and Indigenous talent). This role will have a dual focus: Lead a dedicated team of Diversity Sourcing professionals to help make a difference with our Diversity Hiring Ambition outcomes and Lead capability building efforts across Expedia Group (EG) by partnering with key stakeholders across our Talent Acquisition and Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) teams as well as the business to drive inclusive hiring practices, increase representation at the top of the funnel, and provide best-in-class candidate experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to help Expedia become a best place to work for all, while building opportunities into the Tech and Travel industries. We are looking for someone who is an excellent innovator and collaborator with expertise across Sourcing, Recruiting, I&D and people management. Mentor and coach junior sourcers in the team
Plan and execute candidate mapping, outreach, and engagement exercises
Be data-driven, analyze data and trends for course correction, influence stakeholders and build a robust sourcing engine
Who you are:
