Senior Program Manager - Enterprise and Finance Initiatives

Have you ever imagined an opportunity where you could demonstrate your particular set of skills in finance and program management to drive substantial, valuable change at a leading ecommerce company? Our team is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to partner, lead or in some cases own several highly visible, cross functional initiatives as part of EG’s program to Modernize Finance. This role will interact frequently with partners across the various areas of finance as well as non-finance groups like product, engineering and executive leadership. What you’ll do:

  • Be the primary point person for assigned initiatives; build project plans and roadmaps; identify project tasks, dependencies and owners

  • Manage self and teammates to plans; update as factors change, be creative in sourcing alternatives and drive to clarity any root causes of change

  • Ensure key partner groups are represented at meetings, demos and working sessions; identify and engage area owners as appropriate

  • Understand key processes and desired outcomes across finance functions at a high level; specialize as assigned initiatives require

  • Provide regular, clear and concise status to partners across functional teams

  • Clearly establish roles, responsibilities and decision rights across team members and partner teams; resolve blockers

  • Develop and maintain a resource for key project artifacts, including onboarding materials and playbooks

Who you are:

  • 10+ years of combined professional experience in a finance function and/or as a project, program or product manager in the finance domain with roles of growing responsibility and complexity

  • Adept at influencing others using facts and data to achieve desired outcomes

  • Passionately curious and unafraid to ask questions while discovering resources to find your own answers or seek expertise from others

  • Strong, thoughtful communicator who expertly strikes a balance of timeliness, format and depth for your various customers while diplomatically managing the interests of multiple business partners

  • PMP or CAPM certifications are great, but they are not required
