We’re looking for a Senior Content Strategy Specialist to develop compelling content to drive Expedia Group acquisition, growth, and preference with our demand partner audiences, including retail affiliates. Are you looking for opportunities to flex your content marketing muscle across multiple content types and channels? You will be responsible for a variety of content such as guides, whitepapers, blog posts, case studies, website copy, marketing emails, and more to engage demand partner audiences.
This role will be part of Expedia Group’s B2B top-of-funnel marketing team, and will work closely with brand and creative, growth, and product and sales marketing teams.
What you’ll do:
Support the demand audience content strategy, with input from growth and product marketing, to drive marketing and business results
Use original research, data, partner stories, and priority solutions to develop insightful, relevant, and actionable B2B messaging and marketing content
Collaborate with the in-house creatives including copywriters, editors, and visual designers to create and finalize the content
Integrate SEO keywords into content and support opportunities to optimize content and update and repurpose existing content to meet team needs
Align with our brand voice and tailor the tone and approach to engage targeted audiences
Partner with channel owners and marketing stakeholders to promote the content across marketing and sales channels
Who you are:
A strong content marketer with an ability to deeply understand business and audience needs, and communicate insights and benefits for partners
Experience developing and tailoring content for specific B2B audiences across a variety of marketing channels
Thrive on developing content based on data, research, insights, and customer stories
An eye for detail, keen copyediting skills, and a high bar for audience preferences, brand style, and quality
An affinity for managing several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
A willingness to be agile and tackle the ad hoc as needed, ideally with grace and humor
A collaborative approach, working as a team player across functions and teams, and even with partners
Experience identifying and applying SEO keywords and other content optimization opportunities
Experience building content on websites; familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms
A background in developing content for digital, technology and/or travel industries is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications; or Equivalent related professional experience
