We’re looking for a motivated Senior Manager of Experience Designer to help us envision and deliver fabulous customer experiences! What you’ll do:

  • Lead by example, setting the benchmark for relationship building and design excellence

  • Drive design strategy and encourage others to join the journey of completing that strategy

  • Understand how to get the best out of your teammates, grow their skills and hire outstanding talent to join your charter of groundbreaking UX design

  • Tap data to innovate ideas, but your end-product shows that details and taste are just as meaningful to you

  • Transform business problems into user experience opportunities, ultimately designing, testing and launching usable, useful and delightful solutions

  • Bring a systemic point of view to problem solving, while isolating specific design issues and opportunities

  • Identify, investigate and validate design problems within multi-disciplinary teams

  • Be a champion for the team and by working hard, respectfully and humbly, you earn trust and respect from your team, peers, colleagues and managers

  • You aren’t limited by device or platform, yet you are versed in responsive web and native mobile design

Who you are:

  • MFA, BFA, or BS in Human Factors, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience

  • 5 plus years of experience in web, native mobile, product, graphic, interaction, content, and/or information design

  • In-depth knowledge of design principles and experience simplifying complex systems

  • Depth of experience in navigational systems and simplifying complex products

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience working in an agile team environment


The total cash range for this position in Chicago is $148,500 to $208,000. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $237,500, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

The total cash range for this position in Austin is $161,500 to $226,000. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $258,500, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $161,500.00 to $226,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $258,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
