Manager, Investor Relations

Utilizes a solid understanding of Wall Street, the investment process, and Expedia, to take on a bigger role in Investor Relations related projects. This most notably includes the preparation of quarterly earnings documents and the ability to conduct more advanced financial analysis.


What you'll do:

  • Successfully and constantly applies economic and financial reporting principles and practices

  • Applies working knowledge of current trends in finance and the economic market through regular review of industry or trade publications

  • Broadens knowledge of Wall Street

  • Ability to perform more detailed financial analysis on results and competition

  • Utilizes and performs common valuation techniques

  • Gains broader knowledge of financial markets through experience and application

  • Provides and interprets data to inform current rates for funding, investments, and advisory services

  • Confirms comprehension and understanding of complex information by correctly and clearly answering routine questions

  • Takes a bigger role in creating clear, concise, and organized quarterly earnings related materials

  • Considers and understands the audience’s specific needs and comprehension level to determine the most appropriate message and delivery method, limiting or explaining technical language

  • Creates clear, concise, and organized communication materials

  • Breaks down information into understandable messages and actionable steps that fit into the overall plan and strategy

  • Prepares communications via differing modes, tailoring messages to audiences; develops an understanding of how the messages connect

  • Creates material for publication and dissemination and ensures proper editorial review

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field; or equivalent related professional experience

  • 5+ years of experience for Bachelor's

  • 3+ years of experience for Master's

The total cash range for this position in Texas is $99,000 to $138,500. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $158,500, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.


The total cash range for this position in California is $104,000 to $135,000. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $166,500, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $98,500.00 to $138,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $157,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
