Senior Brand Integration Manager

Expedia Group’s Global Marketing Communications team is dedicated to developing and implementing innovative and effective global marketing across our family of brands. Within this organization, the Expedia Brands group is responsible for setting the strategic approach and execution for campaigns that touch all our Services brands. We are seeking a key contributor as Senior Brand Integration Manager, who can contribute to a team environment and wants to be part of an evolving organization! This position requires a self-motivated, flexible individual with strong communication and leadership skills.

The role will work with teams across the organization, bringing together teams from across Expedia Group from strategists, creatives, producers, communications planning, brand leads, media, international, product and partners. A high degree of partnership across organizations is needed, and the candidate will excel at relationship building.

What you’ll do:

  • Contribute to the development of the annual plan and communications to support major moments and always-on programs

  • Manage both internal creative work streams and with our agency partners

  • Drive communications for ensuring creative objectives are well defined and appropriately carried out

  • Partner with Business Marketing, Brand Integrations Director and internal collaborators to act as a key point of contact and integration with the creative communications group

  • Provide leadership to brand integrations leads, team of CD’s, producers, and strategists to plan, lead and implement marketing communications efforts

  • Partner with International teams on campaign execution

  • Lead key workstreams across the creative process from inception to completion

  • Partner with Creative Team on creative review process

  • Ensure brief and creative review objectives are delivered

  • Support budget management at an annual and quarterly basis in partnership with production

Who you are:

  • An integrator, someone who can lead and motivate teams around a key idea

  • 7+ years of relevant experience

  • You have strategic and critical thinking skills; ability to see the “big picture” while also diving into details

  • Someone with excellent visual storytelling and speaking skills who can communicate effectively, concisely, and tailor a message appropriately

  • Adept at using data to make appropriate decisions on trade-offs and prioritization

  • Resilient and constructive when faced with change, able to shift approaches when needed in response to unexpected events and circumstances

  • Entrepreneurial in spirit, unafraid of charting new territory

  • Well organized and detail oriented

  • Ambitious personality who is open to helping with any task

  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines


The total cash range for this position in Austin is $146,000 to $ 204,500. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $233,500, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

The total cash range for this position in West Hollywood is $146,000.00 to $204,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $233,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
