Social Media Manager

As part of the Social Media and Influencer team, this role will support the team's objective of buildingabest-in-class global social media presence. This position will managecampaign planning and strategies, monthly content calendar development and creation, and paid distribution across multiple social platforms – with the goal ofensuring social metrics are achieved alongside business objectives.

What you'll do:
Develop social media content for campaigns and monthly content calendar
Collaborate with global colleagues to deliver campaigns and monthly content calendar
Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice
Use channel mix to create awareness of the brand and facilitate continued engagement among fans and followers
Develop and maintain a process workflow that ensures consistent execution and delivery ofsocial media campaigns and monthly content calendar
Plan, develop, implement, manage, and report on activity across all social media channels
Oversee reporting and present results (including insights) back to stakeholders at all levels
Manage day-to-day social media channel presence and response activity
Work closely with social platforms and/or agency partners
Collaborate with, and support, Marketing teams (including mobile, loyalty, product, regional marketing and partnerships teams amongst others) in broader initiatives
Liaise with social media customer service team
Manage and track budget and invoice process
Who you are:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communications or related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience
5+years related experience required
Strong writing, conversation and presentation skills
Deep knowledge of social networks, in particular, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter
Knowledge of and ability to implement paid social media activity
Thorough knowledge of analytics, tracking and social media monitoring tools like Sprinklr
Ability to lead a vision and strategy and to be hands-on to get things done
Self-guided; creative; responsible; energetic; eager to work with other departments and independently; has a desire to see measured results
Is skilled at looking at things from another person’s perspective and providing information that speaks to target audiences
Comfortable with risk-taking to challenge the status quo
Ability to synthesize data into logical conclusions and recommendations
Experience working on a global team with demonstrated experience across multiple regions preferred

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
