Sales Enablement Associate

Are you passionate about sales and account management, detail-oriented, inquisitive and want to help teams be the best they can? We are in search of a Sales Enablement Associate to get the best from our commercial teams.

What you'll do:

  • Support the Sales Enablement managers to ensure the sales teams receive the right information, at the right time

  • This includes training and communication on new product rollouts, new processes, tools, and projects, and posting related content to the Sales Enablement platform

  • Support in content creation using e-learning authoring tools, and writing and recording audio scripts – always ensuring the content is clear, concise, engaging, and articulates value

  • Solicit feedback and requirements from Sales and non-sales functions on content and collaborate with Sales Enablement managers on content governance

  • Maintain our Sales Enablement platform, and run content audits

  • Address stakeholder requests in an accurate, timely, and professional manner

  • Keep relevant stakeholders informed of progress toward or changes to tasks that impact the project schedule

  • Assist the Sales Enablement managers in collaborating closely with the global sales team and the functions to keep the global calendar of events constantly updated and prioritize activities based on sales team capacity

  • Assist the Sales Enablement team on projects as necessary for example, designing step-by-step guides for the sales team

  • Assists in the development of routine Go-To-Market communication materials required to support marketing plans and programs

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking sales enablement platform adoption and content usage

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent related professional experience and 2 years of sales (enablement) experience

  • Highly fluent in English

  • Multimedia skills such as podcasting, training video creation or learning assessment creation

  • Project management skills – ability to multi-task, excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills to deliver information and excel in forming relationships

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think critically and attention to the detail

  • A results-orientated, enthusiastic approach, able to work in a team

  • Tech savvy individual, able to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and a willingness to learn new marketing software applications

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, HTML and marketing automation tools

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $65,500.00 to $92,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $105,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
