The Expedia supply platform encompasses a suite of domains and services that enable lodging partners to setup their properties & rooms, prices, promotions, and policies, which we then distribute throughout the Expedia Group ecosystem for traveler shopping experiences. This powerful platform enables targeted product and pricing strategies to optimize revenue.

As a Product Manager on the Pricing Platform, you will articulate and implement productrequirements that support the overarching pricing strategy and roadmap.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead all aspects of end-to-end product delivery, from idea to roll-out, ensuring commercial objectives are met

  • Build products from existing ideas, and help to develop new insights based on your proven experience, understanding of Expedia and your contact with internal partners

  • Own product discovery working closely with the commercial and operational teams, the brand teams, and engineering teams

  • Facilitate and conduct meetings with these stakeholders to capture and define product opportunities

  • Facilitate the product development processes to ensure they come in on time, on scope, on quality and on budget through providing clear, market validated requirements and participating in scrum processes as the product owner

  • Work with product marketing to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's/Master’s in any related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience

  • Product Management experience owning at leastone product areas, including developing the product roadmap and requirements

  • A hardworking product enthusiast with strong influential skills to ensure execution of all product development initiatives

  • Someone who understands success depends on spending time interacting with business partners and finding innovative solutions for the broader market

  • Tech savvy, having the skills to understand high-level architecture and SCRUM/Agile methodologies

  • Ability to translate highly ambiguous business issues into structured problems, and to develop well founded solutions in a structured yet creative way

  • Strong top down hypothesis driven approach to analyses, combined with ability to perform in-depth bottom up analyses if needed

  • A passion for data, with very strong quantitative skills

  • Exhibits high degree of pro-activeness in analyzing customer behavior using available data to inspire change

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $105,500.00 to $148,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $169,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
