As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to EG's diversity sourcing strategy.

What you'll do:
Extend beyond finding active and passive talent through Boolean, LinkedIn, and social media, but that you understand that building long-term relationships, providing white glove experiences, and meeting talent where they are best practices in nurturing relationships and building an inclusive funnel
Partner cross-functionally with sourcers, recruiters and business leaders to identify and understand the needs of the organization, team and leaders
Manage candidate pipelines and campaigns with internal CRM and Applicant Tracking System (Beamery and Workday respectively)
Reasearch market availability and build an inclusive funnel to ensure all KPI’s are met
Utilize our tools to provide talent market insights and data to influence root and enhance sourcing strategies
Recommend and drive improvements that impact talent pipelines beyond the diversity sourcing team
Promote exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process
Who you are:
You have a track record of finding superstars in hard-to-reach places
You are passionate about discovering the best talent in the market and enjoy engaging with others in a meticulous and intentional way
You have an established reputation for providing white-glove service in talent acquisition, understanding that each interaction presents an opportunity to offer an incredible candidate experience
You are a hands-on talent acquisition professional - highly analytical, proactive and collaborative. You have the ability to learn quickly and synthesize complex concepts
You have a proven track record of finding niche talent
You demonstrate a passion with a clear opinion
You have innovative, creative and constructive ideas that continue to push talent acquisition success
You have the ability to influence and are knowledgeable of best sourcing, recruiting and inclusive hiring practices
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
4+ years' experience in talent acquisition via sourcing/recruiting

The total cash range for this position in Dallas is $104,000 to $145,500. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $166,500, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
The total cash range for this position in Austin is $110,500 to $155,000. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
