Senior Program Manager Operations
Senior Manager, Marketing Operations will be an integral part of the Global Marketing Organization. This position will work across functions including awards, process and business rhythms and culture ensuring streamlined communication and efficient workflows. You will need to be extremely organized and a meticulous thinker who loves to simplify process and align team goals. Someone who thinks a step ahead and is able to adjust to frequent changes in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do:
Awards
- Partner with cross functional team to define and integrated awards templates into our campaign wrap up process.
- Partner with Creative Leadership to plan, budget and produce and submit case studies of our best work
- Project manage internal and external partners to ensure delivery of Expedia awards roadmap
- Help manage multi-disciplinary teams across the global marketing org in producing and assembling submissions; including video case studies, campaign write-ups, and creative assets
- Collaborating with key Awards stakeholders outside of the global marketing org
- Establish a replicable, scalable approach to making effective awards submissions in a growing org producing impactful creative at pace
- Promoting adoption of Awards best practices across organization, ensuring teams keep Awards front of mind during planning and execution
- Project management including internal reviews, deadlines, submission specs and milestones
- Build and maintain library database of our best creative work for use in future Awards submissions
- Help manage and co-ordinate our team on the run up to and during Cannes.
- Work with cross function team on deliver GTM speakers s d presence at Cannes.
- Operational Cadence and Culture
Owning the Global Marketing Rhythm of the Business (ROB)
- Ensuring Global Marketing participation in key People Team/GTA/internal comms processes and milestones
- Define plan and guidance for scheduling meetings and core org weekly cadence to help team to be more efficient in their day to day, brand meeting ICRs, JG review and LT meets.
- Lead and manage the delivery of internal Global Marketing moments including:
o Quarterly All-Hands
o Creative Showcase
o Town Hall
- Actively promoting participation in the above across stakeholders in the Global Marketing organization
- Work with team to support and drive Culture within the Global Marketing org, helping to plan, organize and execute needs/events/offsites.
- Documenting relevant marketing operational processes in a clear and accessible format.
- Manage projects in areas of related responsibility to drive operational excellence and business growth.
- Provide ad-hoc research, analysis and reporting as required.
Who you are:
- You have 8+ prior experience in operations or project management within a creative environment.
- Thrives on identification and implementation of key processes to gain efficiencies, scale and actively simplifies complexity
- Experience of working with stakeholders across multiple subject areas to prioritize and mitigate issues.
- Communicates effectively, concisely, and tailored to the audience, honed listening skills.
- Resilient and constructive when faced with change, able to shift approaches when needed in response to unexpected events and circumstances
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
