Senior Manager, Growth Marketing Strategy
Are you passionate about travel and do you want to drive impactful strategies in the marketing space? If so, then our Marketing and Technology team is looking for a Senior Manager to help drive performance across our growing Metasearch Campaign Management and Strategy team! You will work closely with leadership and stakeholders across the business including other marketing channels, finance, analytics, and retail teams.
We need a strategic thinker with strong financial modeling and analytical skills to help optimize our allocation of capital via data-driven insights. You will be able to extract robust and actionable recommendations from our wide-ranging data, and effectively communicate them to leadership and other stakeholders. You will also be a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, enabling you to efficiently provide input into Metasearch spend optimization issues as they arise.

What you’ll do:
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership and campaign management teams, particularly on issues relating to capital allocation, forecasting, and trading performance
Provide support on key initiatives through effective storytelling that synthesizes complex information into concrete recommendations using strategic frameworks and compelling data insights
Prepare scenario-based financial forecast models of Metasearch channel performance, and interact closely with finance and other stakeholders to influence, validate, and challenge central forecasts
Develop flexible financial models that recommend optimal allocation of Metasearch channel capital across the various Metasearch partners, target markets, and other dimensions as needed
Prepare models providing up-to-date views of Meta channel pacing relative to forecast, and highlight areas of opportunity
Create insightful reporting that helps track channel performance, inform decisions on P&L management, and identifies opportunities and trends
Respond in a timely and efficient manner to ad hoc requests relating to capital allocation issues, in addition to Metasearch channel trading performance
Establish positive relationships with stakeholders across Metasearch, other marketing channels, finance, analytics and retail teams
Proactively share industry news, test results, comparative, and competitive reviews, as well as staying on top of the evolving travel industry
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree or higher with analytical focus (Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, etc.) or any other related fields; or equivalent related professional experience; MBA a plus
7+ years’ of experience in a fast-paced and highly analytical commercial environment (investment banking, eCommerce, technology); consulting a plus
Significant experience developing financial models to support optimization of substantial performance marketing budgets
A strong understanding of digital marketing and optimization, and sophisticated, hands-on knowledge of growth marketing channels
Creative problem-solving skills. Able to tackle problems and build strategic frameworks and sophisticated financial models
Proficient in MS Excel; basic to intermediate SQL skills preferred; knowledge of Python or other data processing scripts a plus
Experience presenting complex content to varied, often senior, internal and external groups
Strong influencing skills: You balance the needs of many collaborators with ease and advocate for the importance priorities
Highly collaborative individual with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across functional areas and with all levels of management
A bias towards action: You like to get things done, and you are able to analyze information, provide clarity back to the business and take ownership of outcomes
The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $155,000 to $217,000. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
