Project Manager – Global Cross-Functional Comms & Operations

As a Project Manager sitting within the Global Cross-Functional Comms & Operations team, you will work with our internal teams to develop, manage and launch priority global campaigns and provide support to teams to enable the effective management of priority workstreams.
Sitting within the global PR, Social, Influencer and Events team, the Global Cross-Functional Comms & Operations team is responsible for developing and driving organization-wide integrated communication initiatives as well as setting the organization up for success by driving collaboration and providing support across strategy & planning and operations functions such as budget management, HR/People, internal comms.
The dream candidate is someone who has a passion for project management and working on projects that are complex and fast-paced. They will enjoy bringing teams together to drive cross-functional collaboration and are not afraid to get their hands dirty to help the team deliver. They have a strong bias to action and desire to consistently improve.
The position will be based in Los Angeles, reporting to the Senior Director, Cross-Functional Comms & Operations, and will work closely with the wider global PR, Social, Influencer & Events teams.
What you’ll do:
Work with internal teams to develop and maintain detailed project timelines and budgets to ensure they optimal delivery of projects
Monitor, assess and flag potential project risks
Lead all project communication, including weekly project status meetings, weekly email status updates, all stakeholder communication
Partner with internal teams to manage necessary approvals from key stakeholders
Manage project budget, including tracking, communication and escalation to ensure projects are delivered on budget
Create and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders both within the global PR, Social, Influencer and Events team and the wider organization
Manage multiple projects at a time
Continuously look for opportunities for improvement and make recommendations
Boost cross-functional communication to drive enhanced results
Who you are:
5+ years of experience in communications
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive in addressing challenges and finding effective solutions
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects forward independently
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and tasks
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team while also being comfortable working autonomously with a manager based in a different time zone
Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience working in a fast-paced environment a plus
Experience in large, highly matrixed organizations a plus
Familiarity with project-management tools a plus

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $110,500 to $155,000. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
