In this role, you will:

Reporting to the Vice President, Traveler Incubator you will be partnering across all of Expedia Group with leaders who are within business development, marketing, finance, product, design and engineering incubating innovative new traveler solutions and services that add value to the traveler.
Lead and develop comprehensive marketing-product strategies to set Expedia and holdings up for a post-AGI world.
Partner with startups and incumbents alike to deliver co-branded incubations
Embrace a founder-like mindset and stretch the art of the possible, challenge the status quo and seek to inspire
Build a cohort of internal innovations across the calendar year by season, whilst maintaining guidance for prior incubations
In partnership with key stakeholders across the enterprise, support differentiation and ensure vital configurability & customization across each element of the traveler experience.

Experience and qualifications:

Is former VC Principal and/or Founder with early seed founding experience
(Or) An intrapreneur having shipped successful marketing innovations, leading execution across the marketing stack
Is an expert in product-based marketing leadership roles with a focus on strategy & execution.
Thrives to build for two-sided marketplaces; Embraces GenAI
Strong connections to the AI startup landscape, particularly marketing stacks
Expert level of knowledge of research methodologies, design, data analysis techniques and statistical tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $261,500.00 to $366,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $418,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

The total cash range for this position in the San Francisco Bay Area is $292,500.00 to $409,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $468,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
