This role works directly with site personnel to understand problems at the source, contain risk, support root-cause analysis, coordinate or perform approved repair and rework activity, verify that corrective actions are effective, and drive sustainable process improvements. The successful candidate combines strong manufacturing troubleshooting ability with disciplined problem-solving, sound technical judgment, practical repair knowledge, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with site teams.
