Position Overview
Operate assembly and testing equipment in a method to produce quality parts in accordance with manufacturing procedures, drawings and bill of materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate assembly/testing machine processes in a method to produce quality parts in accordance to customer specifications using the Hubbell Power Systems Quality Operating Principles and the most current Quality System.
- Follow all company Policies and Procedures
- Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Assure that all products meet the highest standards of quality
- Follow all Safety rules and ISO requirements
- Keep a safe, clean, and well-maintained workspace
- Desire to cross train/learn multiple job positions
Skills and Experience
- Ability to assemble products within a 20 second cycle time
- Must have excellent hand to eye coordination
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs. frequently
- Must have the ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work 10-hour shifts
- Must be able to work well with others and function very well in a fast-paced team environment
- Be punctual, reliable and have a good work ethic
- Read, use, and understand measuring devices
- Must have basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be goal oriented
- Ability to follow direction from the leadership team
- 1-5 years prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred
