Position Overview
The Hubbell Enterprise Marketing (HEM) Associate, Digital Marketing, will assist with the implementation of digital marketing strategies that meet/exceed Hubbell’s business objectives. The Associate supports the planning, development, and implementation of the Hubbell brand portfolio across our global web and digital marketing channels following corporate brand and brand architecture strategy. They will partner to ensure every component of our digital properties is bold, innovative, drives measurable engagement, and are built from a user-centered perspective. They will develop digital and technology strategies that successfully support both the company's brand and revenue-generating opportunities, while connecting to the best tools, content, and integration in the technology ecosystem.
Duties and Responsibilities
eComm Enablement
- Support eComm projects pertaining to direct, retail and/or distribution channels
- Oversee day-to-day management of eCommerce marketplace activities
- Project Management with cross-BU Sales and Marketing Partners
- Product readiness analysis and activation support
- Interact and Collect voice of customer
- Competitive and Opportunity Analysis
- Product Content Evaluation and Optimization Identification (A+ Content)
- Collect, Analyze and Report on relative Analytics
Digital Advertising
- Develop and implement online advertising strategies and tactics across search/display/ shopping and paid social platforms (eg. Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Amazon Ads and more)
- Create and present strategic paid advertising proposals that will support the client in reaching their objectives.
- Effectively manage client (BU/HEM/Enterprise) relationships and budgets from the proposal to the close of campaigns via regular communication, transparency and strong reporting.
- Project Management with cross-BU Sales and Marketing Partners
- Execute tests, collect, and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROAS
- Continuously develop automated processes to optimize campaign management
- Keep pace with paid advertising developments and trends
- Build educational tools/ presentations to encourage increased adoption of Digital Advertising strategies across the enterprise
Analytics
- Provide the marketing organization with the necessary digital marketing analytics to deliver insights that impact marketing decisions, optimizations, and investments.
- Provide guidance on campaign measurement plans and goals for teams across the organization in campaign planning process.
- Participate as a thought-leader/teacher by sharing knowledge and best practices with the entire marketing teams
Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related experience
- Bachelor's Degree in information technology, marketing, business, or relevant field.
- Experience managing corporate web properties and assets
- Experience with E-commerce program implementation and management
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Ability to collaborate with global, cross-functional teams
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Excellent listening, project management and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
