C Shift Trainer
Saturday/Sunday from 6:00am to 6:30pm and Monday from 7:30am to 8:00pm, with Overtime as needed.
Flexibility to all aspects of the department’s functions
- Ability to lead, plan, organize, delegate, and control the day to day operations of the warehouse
- Flexibility to work overtime
Duties and Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of the ever evolving training program, to include:
- forklift operations, safety, as well as all functions in the warehouse.
- Team player, maintaining a positive attitude and able to lead by example.
- Strong attention to detail and results oriented
- Effectively communicate to the trainees and be able to adapt to a differentiated learning style, if needed.
Skills and Experience
- 1-2 years experience in a high-volume distribution center
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrate ability to safely operate a forklift
- Demonstrate ability to interact and communicate well within all levels of the organization
- Capable of handling multiple tasks at once
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate ability to adjust to sudden changes in operational goals/demands
- Strong attention to detail and results oriented
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs
Education
High School Diploma
