Position Overview
The Regional Contractor Sales Manager is a highly accomplished and innovative sales leader with extensive experience selling to medium and large sized electrical contractors (EC); plus, knowledge and understanding working with construction delivery teams including electrical procurement construction (EPC) firms, general contractors / contract mangers (GC/CM) and engineering (EE) firms. Goals includes growing revenue, driving preference, and increasing specification position for Hubbell Electrical Solutions (HES) product portfolio. The person is self-motivated but able to work as part of a team, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines, changing priorities while achieving corporate objectives. Territory Includes: IL, IN, KY, MI, WI, MN, IA, NE, SD, ND.

- Minimum of ten years selling through electrical distributors
- Minimum of ten years promoting products to electrical contractors
Duties and Responsibilities
- Build relationships with targeted contractors including electrical, general, EPC and engineering groups.
- Develop and manage construction opportunity for HES products from conception to close.
- Collaborate and engage with HES sales team in assigned region.
- Participate in industry trade shows.
- Track and manage projects utilizing Sales Force.
- Provide project updates team.
- Contribute insight to market conditions and changes.
