Position Overview

Inspection, Returned parts, Paper Work, and Coordination

Duties and Responsibilities

Must make continuous inspections throughout his/her shift. Inspectors should insure that 8hr shift will equal 5 to 7 inspections per machine. A 10hr shift will equal 6 to 9 inspections per machine. If less than 6 inspections within an a 10hr shift must have an explanation written by QC and the shift supervisor. QC inspector will inspect parts for setup release. Each setup must be signed off by QC before setup can be released. QC inspector must fill out the setup inspection sheet according to the blueprint. Secondary inspections will coincide with primary machine inspections and follow the same guidelines..
