Position Overview

The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a diverse group of people and programs. The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Expert level written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail are equally important.

Duties and Responsibilities

Heavy calendar management requiring interaction with both internal and external parties

Answer phones and direct incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently

Assist with the preparation of presentation material

Compile reports in Excel

Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents

Support with onboarding activities of new employees

Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Skills and Experience

Associates Degree a plus 5(+) years’ experience support at the executive level preferred

Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Must be creative, self-motivated

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

SAP experience a plus
