Division Overview

Hubbell Commercial & Industrial (HCI) provides solutions for a broad range of non-residential and residential construction, commercial and industrial applications along with high-voltage test and measurement solutions. Position Overview

Perform mail room functions to include but not limited to the use of the postage machine, folder, insert and mail invoices, inter-plant and inter-company mail/ package delivery. SAP and clerical duties such as on-line receiving, process material requisitions, process and file invoices, create and maintain spreadsheets . Assist the maintenance personnel with tasks such as snow shoveling, lawn and grounds care, moving furniture, painting etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

UPS and Mailroom Duties, SAP entering information/project invoicing, Facilities Coordination, Resupply of products from janitorial to snacks, Printer and Copier, Snow Removal, Employee Event setup, Distribution of packages and information of the facilities department, other duties assigned.

Skills and Experience

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communications skills.

Computer Skills: Must have Microsoft Office, e-mail and other PC application skills.

Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.

Works well in group problem solving situations.
