Position Overview
- Plans, directs and manages all production activities related to their area’s manufacturing processes.
- Ensures production schedules are met on-time based upon schedule.
- Ensures accurate records (labor reporting and production).
- Completes Hourly employee annual evaluations timely and equitably.
- Positively reinforce desirable behaviors and address unacceptable behaviors.
- Adhere to provisions of union contract
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible to attend Past Due meetings and articulate any actions required to not have late lines

Ensure areas are following schedule or be able to brief why there was a deviation.

Responsible for ensuring that area’s have work orders and material in order to run

Report any problems/issues to the Supervisor

Carry out any other duties as required by the Management
Skills and Experience

Good work record

Must have interpersonal skills, be flexible, adaptable, self-directed, and assertive, the ability to pass basic Microsoft Excel test

Must be able to: learn SAP (Systems Applications and Products) confirmations and material look ups for the department, move finished product to appropriate staging areas.

Must either have a Forklift license or be able to get one within 90 days of job assignment
