Position Overview
Light Manufacturing Clerk
Duties and Responsibilities
- The Light Manufacturing Clerk will handle basic administrative tasks within the Light Manufacturing department. (LMFG Performs a wide variety of administrative functions in the Light Manufacturing, including but not limited to:
- Follow all safety rules and report any potential unsafe conditions
- Research and order replenishable supplies in SAP
- Troubleshoot PO receipts
- Assist in identifying unlabeled product / labels
- Haz waste pickup scheduling with the vendor
- Track orders in SAP & on carrier websites
- Order general supplies
- Provide administrative support (creating word documents, scheduling meetings, posting notices, etc.) to the LMFG leadership and team
- Assist with yearly Physical Inventory
- Additional duties as assigned
Skills and Experience
- Experience with an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, such as SAP
- Strong basic mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational & analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate in a team and resolve disagreements in a professional manner
- SAP experience
- Microsoft Office experience
- Experience ordering general supplies
