Job Overview

The position is involved with supporting both internal and external customers. Daily interaction with customers to include: distributors, OEM accounts and international accounts. This position will also work with external sales reps as required. Product line cross training is an objective and specific duties may be altered from time to time to accomplish this.

A Day In The Life

  • Processing and expediting of orders.
  • Provide information on stock price and availability.
  • Identify and assess customer needs for achieving satisfaction.
  • Handle complaints, provide solutions and alternatives within time limits. Follow up to ensure resolution. Resolve any order issues.
  • Interact with Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, Quality, Finance, etc. to identify and resolve customer requests.
  • Use telephone, email, and chat to respond to customer requests.
  • Manage high volume of email.
  • Support Customer Service and Sales Team and Department goals.
  • Perform scanning and attaching of documents for sales orders.
  • Performs other tasks and projects, as assigned by Management
