Job Overview
Responsible for all Product Management and Engineering activities to assigned KILLARK products to maximize product line gross margin and unit volume growth. Provide all necessary product and technical support to the field sales force to implement sales and marketing plans. Maintain and grow market share through incremental New Product Development programs and market-based pricing decisions. Responsible for strategic and tactical initiatives to support strategic growth.
A Day In The Life
Responsible for overarching product and marketing strategy for NPD and VEA value-driven essential product categories.

- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Computer Skills: Must have strong Microsoft Office, e-mail and other PC application skills. SAP experience is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when taking care of emotional topics.
- Project Management: Develops project plans; Coordinates projects; Communicates changes and progress; Completes projects on time and budget; leads project team activities.
- 5-10 years minimum related experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering.
