About the Role:
We are looking for a user experience and interface designer who is enthusiastic about doing great work and improving their design craft. We are the Product Design team headquartered at NortonLifeLock’s Culver City facility and we design software and services that are used by tens of millions of people around the globe. Our products and services protect people’s identities, finances, privacy, devices, and data. We are the guardians of both privacy and the free flow of information and we are crafting the future of cyber safety. The Product Design team’s philosophy is that the UX/UI reveals the product or service’s essential role in the most efficient manner. Our goal is for every product and experience to be both aesthetic and provide intuitive functionality, resulting in user delight.

Responsibilities:
- Be a key design team member as we build next-generation cross-platform cyber safety products.
- Work tightly with other designers, Dev leads, and Product Managers to ensure requirements and UI asset production timetables are met, while ensuring exclusive UX and design.
- Be a standout colleague who injects excitement into the team through your passion and exquisite work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-6 years experience doing UX work and solving complex experiences and making them intuitive to the user.
- A portfolio showcasing market-leading user experience and visual design work
- Knowledge of industry tools like Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Familiarity with industry design & UX best practices.
- Experience working from flows and wireframes through to final product.
- Rapid prototyping experience a plus.
- An uncompromising desire for excellence is a requirement.
