Based in Alsip, IL, Morrisville, NC or Calgary, Nufarm is looking to engage a motivated Order Management Analyst to document and implement all related OTIF initiatives, collaborate with the Demand Planning team, and all related Supply Chain and Commercial teammates to optimize efficiencies, ensure the order management cycle meets customer needs, connect all the dots to achieve the perfect order.

What will you be doing?

  • Collaborate with demand planning, production, sales to align dates in Oracle to allow for accurate reporting and communication to relevant parties.
  • Design and deploy order management process and Customer Care Manual (documentation), ensuring education and adherence to the process once established.
  • Create and maintain OTIF documentation and implement OTIF procedures with all involved parties.
  • Maintain tree loss reporting by sales order line, highlight gaps, target non-conformance, report on OTIF results to internal stakeholders with recommendations/action plans for improvement.
  • Analyze and track open orders and effectively communicate production shortfalls to respective parties.
  • Weekly preparation and publishing of Order Status Reports and Monthly Balance Scorecard in CRM, use the CRM to communicate and document information whenever feasible.
  • Assume responsibility to create intercompany purchase orders for direct to customer shipments from Nufarm Americas to Nufarm Agriculture, maximizing loads in this process and reducing Canadian warehouse handling as much as possible.
  • Manage order planning for Nufarm Agriculture.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What do you bring?

Nufarm is looking for an excellent communicator and data management skills. The ideal candidate will ideally hold a bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain Management, or related subject or relevant work experience in customer service, supply chain, sales, logistics. The right candidate will demonstrate a good understanding of business strategy, sales and marketing techniques.
