Based in Morrisville, NC Nufarm is looking to engage a motivated Regulatory Specialist to manage supplemental distributor registrations and labels. Prepare and maintain product SDS’s. Provide US support for international registrations. Support registration managers with Registration Review label updates. Provide regulatory advice and leadership to the formulator product business and sales managers.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage customer sub-registrations, including formulator products. Work with business manager to coordinate new sub-registrations, conduct label reviews, and work with sub-registrants for amended labels.
  • Manage Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
    • Work with internal or external experts to coordinate SDS creation/development or updates.
    • Knowledge of HazMat shipping information for DOT, IATA, IMDG.
    • Communicate updated SDS’s and any critical Regulatory classification to Operations.
  • Provide international regulatory support for Certificates of Registration or Manufacture, including document legalization, authentication and consularization.
  • Assist with Registration Review label updates. Facilitate system updates, including SDS’s on CDMS, Agrian, Nufarm website, as needed.
  • FIFRA Compliance Reporting such as Hazard Incident Reporting and annual compliance reporting. EPA annual reporting & FPAS/ECS. Export Support
  • Other duties as assigned.

What do you bring?

Nufarm is looking for an excellent communicator and valuable team player. The ideal candidate will have a college degree in life sciences or agriculture related field and 3 to 10 years’ experience or more in product registrations and compliance. The right candidate will have knowledge of EPA and FIFRA registration process and requirements.
