Nuseed has an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Analyst based in West Sacramento. We are seeking a proactive and collaborative problem solver accountable for the IT system and infrastructure setup and maintenance of our facilities in NA.
The key focus areas for this role will be around support, training and troubleshooting of issues with IT infrastructure, hardware, and software. The individual will partner with peers to ensure operational consistency with global standards. They will partner with the leaders of NA facilities and labs to ensure that their facilities are operationally efficient and secure. This person should also be able to manage the end-to-end delivery of small to medium sized Infrastructure projects under the direction of the Program delivery manager.
The Opportunity:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software applications related to NA labs and facilities. Implement and maintain backups and security protocols for all systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with network, hardware, and software and/or respond to outages. Maintain reliability of systems and networks by monitoring, running tests, and troubleshooting.
- Manage, research, and resolve complex end-user escalation incidents. Identify root causes for repeat issues and design sustainable processes or automated scripts to address these.
- Design and develop custom programs to aid in systems management. Monitor, maintain, and execute automation processes and procedures.
- Test and perform upgrades and patches to installed operating systems and software.
- Support conference rooms and other digital infrastructure within the West Sacramento facility.
- Maintain an asset registry for Nuseed NA. Implement annual audits and support managers during off-boarding.
- Develop training and onboarding information for individuals to ensure self-sufficiency using the Nuseed IT ecosystem.
- Partner closely within the Global Support Team and Nufarm IT to develop and execute procedures and standards as a professional IT organization.
- Partner with 3rd-party vendors on installation and troubleshooting as needed.
Nuseed is seeking an IT Support Analyst with 2-5 years of experience to support North American Nuseed colleagues with hardware and software applications, in turn supporting Nuseed success. The right candidate will have strong organizational, communication, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. The candidate should have proven experience in developing and fostering relationships with a customer centric focus.

Salary Range: $55,000 – $70,000 USD
