Grow a Better Tomorrow with Nufarm.

We know that growing is about more than just crops and cultivation. It’s about sunshine and rain, early mornings and hard work. It can be frustratingly unpredictable but also wonderfully uplifting. More than anything, it’s about people. Nufarm is the dependable partner behind thousands of agricultural success stories. Every day, growers around the world turn to our products and our people to help with the challenges of fighting disease, weeds and pests, and to increase crop yields.

How can you Unearth the Possibilities with Nufarm?

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist based out of our Morrisville, NC office to support digital marketing initiatives across Nufarm North America, with a strong focus on Commercial Excellence. This role drives multi‑channel digital campaigns—including email, web, social, and SEO/SEM—while leveraging data and analytics to enhance lead management, sales support, and overall campaign effectiveness. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and growth‑minded, with a strong understanding of how integrated marketing efforts fuel customer engagement and sales performance. Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, work within brand guidelines, and partner closely with Brand & Customer Marketing, Sales, and cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful digital assets.

What will you be doing?

Digital Marketing Platform & Campaign Execution Support

  • Working collaboratively with MarCom Managers to support digital campaigns and demand generation initiatives across email, social media channels, and website.
  • Develop, execute, and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud email campaigns aligned with Salesforce lead management
  • Coordinate and implement paid and organic social media content deployment on Social Studio
  • Maintain and update Website content and campaign landing pages to support lead generation and customer engagement. This includes the organization, transparency, and ongoing maintenance of website content/asset inventory in partnership with MarCom
  • Support the CRM Specialist with lead conversion and contact management processes

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign results within Sprout Social, Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, and Salesforce, identifying insights and trends
  • Analyze and report on digital performance metrics (website traffic, email marketing, and social engagement), supporting the ongoing optimization of digital campaign effectiveness

Creative & Content Development

  • Support the design and update of creative assets using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva in alignment with Nufarm Brand Guidelines

Collaboration & Operational Support

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Sales, Portfolio Solutions, Technical Services, Regulatory and IT teams
  • Research and recommend new digital tools or enhancements to improve communication effectiveness and efficiency
  • Attend and support industry organizations and trade shows as appropriate and aligned with business objectives
  • Complete administrative requirements such as expense reporting, budget tracking, and documentation in a timely manner
  • Work within budgets as established by the VP, North America Marketing
  • Represent Nufarm professionally, ethically, and positively in all internal and external interactions
  • Travel and occasional extended work hours may be required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Marketing and Communications leadership

What do you bring?

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of digital marketing experience, with strong skills in email marketing platforms (e.g., Marketing Cloud, HubSpot), CRM tools like Salesforce, CMS management, social media, and basic HTML. Familiarity with SEO/SEM and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) is preferred. Success in this role requires excellent organization, communication, and analytical abilities, the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a commitment to brand consistency, continuous improvement, and positive teamwork.

What do we offer?

Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary for this position ranges from $66,600 per year in our lowest geographic market to $84,900 per year in our highest geographic market. Compensation is determined by several factors, including market location, and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

At Nufarm, we believe in total compensation. Depending on the position, additional forms of compensation may be included as part of a comprehensive package, alongside a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
