The Opportunity
At PwC, we help Australian businesses, not-for-profits and governments create value and improve the way they work. From improving healthcare, to creating smarter cities and igniting Australia’s start up industry, you’ll build trust in society and solve important problems.
The Market Research & Insights team brings this to life by supporting strategic and priority projects, data-driven POVs, market insights through a refined engagement process and a detailed ‘work plan’.
The Senior Manager will have oversight of the research request pipeline, manage the day to day (e.g. prioritisation, capacity or issue resolution), and liaise with offshore partner(s) and the local MR&I team.
You will play an integral part of the internal knowledge management group by fostering a robust culture for knowledge exchange, develop and industrialise knowledge capture approaches.
Success does stem from a positive attitude, hard work and going the extra mile, but that’s not all!
You will:
- Be the first point of contact for research, insights or related requests from across the business
- Complete research projects (using professional information sources, databases and tools) for custom requests with more complex requirements
- Work closely with key stakeholders across departments (Account Management, Business Development, Marketing) to plan and coordinate market insights projects
