Strategic Account Manager, EIM

We are growing continuously and expanding our market position. In order to play a decisive role in shaping our growth targets, we are looking for a Strategic Account Manager for our US Enterprise Incident Management Solutions (EIM) Team in our East Coast Territory.

The successful candidate will build, define and execute the go-to-market strategy to achieve growth for the Situation Management Solutions including license sales, cloud subscriptions, professional services sales and maintenance renewals.

What you will do?

  • Lead generation, follow up, and deal closure with key System Integrators and large customers
  • Manage complex sales development cycle with key customer, System Integrators, and industry consultants in key vertical markets to achieve your target sales quotas
  • Prospect, identify and develop potential customer and partner long-term relationships based on business value add
  • Identify, develop, and communicate customer-specific business value based on Qognify EIM solution in different verticals
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Compile data related to customer and prospect interactions to provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and provide feedback to the company leadership
  • Work closely with adjacent product sales teams to create synergies for the benefit of the customers
  • Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support for industry, customer and partner event, content creation and communication
  • Achieve quarterly and annually billing and revenue targets for defined territory

What you bring?

  • Passion to identifying new opportunities, pursuing, and closing them
  • Work independently and harness organizational resources to support your needs
  • 5+ years’ experience selling enterprise software
  • Ability to forge strong interpersonal relationship built on trust and value
  • Experience selling to Airports, Mass Transportation and utilities is a plus
  • Experience working for a global company is a plus
  • Travel 30-50% of time to clients.
  • BSc or BA degree in computer science, business administration or equivalent preferred
  • Proficient in MS suite and Salesforce (or similar CRM program)

Qognify compensation is affected by a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skillset, level of experience, and specific work location. The salary range of (total/base) pay for this role is $110 - 125K plus commissions and benefits, including generous paid time off, health care, dental, vision, life and disability insurance and 401K with an employer match.
