About The Position
Qognify, Inc. is seeking a full time Learning Management System (LMS) & Operations Administrator to join our Customer Enablement team. Great opportunity to take your LMS career to the next level. This a 100% remote role in the United States.
Qognify is a leading global player in the physical security market. Being headquartered in Pearl River, New York, Qognify operates major development hubs in Germany, Israel and the United States, as well as sales and support offices around the globe.
The LMS & Operations Administrator manages the day-to-day operations of the LMS platform. This position is the central hub for all training activities, including student and library management, reporting, and technical configuration. In addition, this role utilizes Salesforce to process partner and end-user training requests.
What you will do?
- Determine eligibility and manages student registrations
- Administer the central repository, catalogs, and courses
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions
- Maintain platform configuration and settings
- Collect and analyze student activity, course completion rates, and other key metrics to assess the effectiveness and make improvements
- Create and maintains Salesforce training records
- Provide student and trainer technical support
What you bring?
- 3-5 years of experience with training delivery programs
- Experience with partner and end-user sales programs and cycles
- Ability to work with limited supervision and know when to escalate issues
- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects effectively
- Positive and motivating attitude when dealing with internal and external customers
- Experience with Docebo and Salesforce a must
- Ability to work with a diverse global customer base

Qognify compensation is affected by a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skillset, level of experience, and specific work location. The salary range of (total/base) pay for this role is $52-60K annual plus bonus and benefits, including generous paid time off, health care, dental, vision, life and disability insurance and 401K with an employer match.
