The Opportunity
Ready to make an immediate impact? Reporting to the IT Service Delivery Manager, this role will see you co-ordinating activity between Sigma IT and its suppliers, as well as working across Sigma’s internal business stakeholders to ensure high quality services are delivered.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Assist with engagement of Sigma’s Power Users to improve their knowledge and awareness of the Sigma IT landscape.
- Assist IT stakeholders to source quotations for IT goods and services and work with the Procurement team to ensure Sigma users can Requisition items from the IT Service Catalog.
- Support the onsite engineer and service desk with asset management and software licensing.
- Liaise with IT application stakeholders to provide application administration.
- Monitor and communicate changes and improvements across the IT landscape.
We are looking for:
- A tertiary qualification in IT, data, analytics, data science, computing or other related discipline.
- Graduate level understanding of IT related matters.
- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn new things across a wide range of activities.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
