Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Digital Platforms & Operations teams understand TE’s business and digital strategies to optimize our sales and marketing automation processes to define, implement, manage, and optimize TE’s online commerce capabilities and services, digital platforms and processes (e.g., te.com, E-Commerce, SMA, CRM, Salesforce.com, Eloqua, SFDC, AEM, etc.). They collaborate with others regarding data standards and resolve issues that may impact marketing automation activities and with IT to help them understand the business requirements that determine the analysis and design of effective technical solutions. They monitor features and functionalities to enhance capabilities; ensure quality of releases, testing and validating that the requirements are met. Being a member of these teams requires thorough knowledge of marketing automation principles and practices and advanced knowledge of campaign set-up and management, form development and management, segment management, reporting, contact and content management and lead.
As the Senior ABM Operations Specialist, you are responsible for managing TE’s adoption of our ABM platform across 10 business units to guide business transformation and revenue growth. You will be required to collaborate with the development team, interact with a diverse variety of stakeholders, and develop a clear understanding of the complexity of TE’s corporate environment and business structure. You are responsible to drive a multi-year roadmap and adoption of ABM platform(s) and processes. You must be able to balance developing both the long-term strategy and execution while managing the technical aspects of the ABM product.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales and Marketing Digital Lead and other key Digital Strategy, Sales, and Marketing Operations leaders to develop the roadmap for the ABM Platform
- Lead improvements across all aspects of our Enterprise Framework as it relates to Demandbase, our ABM platform, and integration of this system including Processes, People, Data, and related Platforms (Eloqua, Salesforce, Adobe, etc)
- Align closely with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to understand their needs and manage successful adoption of standard processes / best practices
- Effectively communicate product and features and enhancements
- Manage enhancements from start to finish - stakeholder engagement, creation of user stories and business requirements, manage testing, reporting, and develop change control communications
- Assist in the development of ABM KPIs, ABM platform-specific campaigns and business goals
- Manage permissions and governance for the ABM product
- Monitor threats, risks, and opportunities that might affect the success of the product and hold accountability for the overall solution
What your background should look like:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years as an ABM operations or ABM practitioner with hands-on knowledge of Account-Based Marketing practices
- Experience with an ABM platform is a must and experience with Eloqua, Salesforce and Adobe is a plus
- Experience A/B testing strategies to learn implement new approaches
- Data Driven mindset to make informed business decisions, process design decisions and ability to define business cases
- Knowledge of ABM campaign and nurture strategies to move accounts through the funnel
- Experience with personalization and orchestration implementation
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Excellent collaboration skills working with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience interacting with both business and technical teams
- Ability to lead teams, set priorities and manage the day-to-day evolution of a digital product

Compensation
Competitive pay commensurate with experience: $82k to $123k salary (subject to change dependent on physical location)
Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
