Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Program Management Teams are responsible for leading a cross functional team to deliver major customer programs within budget and time limitations in accordance with technical specifications and profit objectives. They manage customer programs (customized engineered solutions for particular end customer platforms) from bid preparation through production. Their duties include: developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements; assembling cross-functional program teams with members from engineering, procurement, sales, production, materials management and quality; serving as the main point of contact for the customer for all negotiations, decision making, scheduling issues, and problem solving throughout the program; monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met; and arranging modifications as required.
NOTE: Work location can be either a "hybrid" of remote/onsite or 100% remote
Responsibilities:
- Lead multidisciplinary teams dedicated to development and manufacturing of the company’s products and services for major and/or complex customer programs.
- Track projects to a timing schedule, financial budget and to defined program phase gate requirements to ensure project metrics are successfully achieved, such as cost, quality, timing deadlines and successful manufacturing launch (if applicable). Can adapt, enhance and/or improve quality or value in existing program methods to drive successful completion of programs.
- Lead the multidisciplinary team to appropriate mitigation and/or corrective actions for program risks, such as budget, timing, quality for moderately complex issues. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes.
- Ensures projects are conducted according to defined company operating manual, processes, and procedure. Able to develop, propose and implement refined business processes to correct issues that are not immediately evident in existing systems or processes.
- Conducts both internal team meetings as well as customer team meetings via an agenda and meeting minutes for complex programs. Serves as a point of contact to the customer for programs.
- Provides input to objectives and goals of the department and/or business unit.
- Collaborate with Business Development department for quotations and customer communications during all program phases, including requirements and deliveries.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Science or Business field
Preferred PMP certification from PMI - One of the following:
- English level B2 (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages -CEFR)
- Demonstrate sufficient English-speaking proficiency during the initial interview
- English level B2 (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages -CEFR)
- Understanding of ISO13485 standard
Experience:
- 9+ years Project Management (prefer experience in medical products)
- Expert skill with project management tools
- Very experienced managing multidisciplinary teams across countries and cultures
Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player in international field

- Excellent technical and organizational problem-solving capability
- Provide training and mentorship to other employees

COMPENSATION
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $117,500 - 176,300(subject to change dependent on physical location)
- Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
- Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
